Stage 1 trigger

First customer orders

Stage 2 trigger

Repeat orders on a stable specification

Stage 3 trigger

Sustained volume from anchor customers

Stage 4 trigger

Volumes that justify automation

Stage 5 trigger

Strategic parts where control and margin justify it

External OEM sourcing is the current model. Contract manufacturing, dedicated cells and automation are planned; selective vertical integration is a long-term ambition.

Local assembly alone does not change component origin, export-control status or procurement eligibility. Qualification, compliance and sourcing decisions are made product by product and market by market.
