Demand first. Capacity second.
A deliberately capital-efficient start. No factory CAPEX in Year 1 — manufacturing investment follows proven commercial demand.

Connect three ecosystems. Build a trusted component base.
China brings industrial scale, Ukraine accelerates real-world engineering feedback, and Europe offers an opportunity for diversified, reliable component supply and selective industrialisation.
What you finance
Market entry, a qualified product portfolio and the pursuit of first paying customers.
How capital is protected
Commercial and technical milestone gates; no early factory CAPEX.
What success looks like
Target: repeat revenue within 12 months, followed by conditional expansion into subsystems and European production.
Released in three tranches.
€400k · Tranche 1
At start: funds months 1–6 — team, samples, qualification and first stock.
€175k · Tranche 2
Target release around month 6, subject to agreed milestones.
€175k · Tranche 3
Target release around month 12, subject to agreed milestones.
Tranche 2 · Proposed gate
First paying customers, at least 2 qualified products, a first supplier agreement and a QA process in place.
Tranche 3 · Proposed gate
Repeat orders, gross margin in an agreed band, documented European localisation economics and an ODM or propulsion pilot.
Year 1 operating costs are approximately €550–600k, plus additional working capital for stock and receivables; that amount is not yet specified. Year 1 needs exceed the initial tranche, making the timing of tranche 2 critical.
Commitment is not proof of funds received. Release dates and conditions are proposals to agree with the investor. No revenue, margin, EBITDA or valuation forecasts are implied.
Qualification first. Repeat business next.
Months 1–3
Company set-up in Denmark, supplier screening, customer interviews and technical samples.
Months 4–6
Product qualification, first paying customers, supplier agreements and initial stock for proven products.
Months 7–9
Repeat orders, an initial ODM scope and documented, audited quality processes.
Months 10–12
Portfolio expansion, integrated propulsion pilots and a Romania localisation feasibility study.
All milestones are proposed targets, not achievements. Detailed numerical proposals are in the presentations and remain subject to investor agreement.
Team, engineering and first customers.
Ambitious, but credible.
- Year 1Supplier partnerships, first customers, testing & qualification
- Year 2ODM, proprietary power electronics & European QA
- Year 3Integrated propulsion, selective motor localisation & early actuation
- Year 4Robotic joints, actuation, sensing & integrated subsystems
- Year 5+Advanced robotic modules; potential humanoid demonstrator
Indicative timeline. Each stage is gated by commercial traction and funding. European motor production is planned with industrial partners; the humanoid demonstrator remains a long-term ambition.
A component business now. A platform option later.
Initial €750k commitment
Components · Subsystems · Early actuation. Market entry and validation, not a fully funded humanoid programme.
Separate future funding
Robotic joints · Robotic modules · Humanoid demonstrator. Later investment rounds, grants and partners are required.

Founder · Kyiv. International business development, defence-tech industry networks, sourcing and investment partnerships.
Industry & defence-tech networks
Chairman of the Board, UADUT CLUSTER; Head of the Committee on International Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships, FEU Defence.
Business & investor alliances
Board member, Ukrainian Cluster Alliance; Chairman of the Investment Committee, InvestHub; former co-founder and CEO of Defence Alliance of Ukraine.
Team to build
Planned hires: CTO / engineering lead, supply chain and quality manager, UA / EU sales engineer, and part-time finance and compliance. No other current team members are claimed.
Founder experience and network reach are not InnoTech Robotics customer counts or confirmed company contracts.
Validate before committing capital.
Supplier & product risk
Diversify sources, qualify samples and document quality and traceability before expanding supply.
Demand & working capital
Stage stock against proven products and orders, monitor payment timing and release funding against agreed gates.
Localisation & compliance
Assess origin, export controls and procurement eligibility case by case. Production investment requires demand, utilisation and validated economics.
Five layers of advantage.
Targeted market entry
Ukrainian UAV and UGV manufacturers, European robotics OEMs and industrial automation integrators — target segments, not signed customers.
Global technology sourcing
Representation in more than 15 countries, from the USA and Canada to Japan and Taiwan.
European industrialisation
Planned scalable production through industrial partners in Romania, precision mechatronics partnerships in Italy, and controlled QA.
Ukrainian engineering
Access to 2,000+ developers, rapid iteration and unique real-world validation.
Platform expansion
One technology base serving multiple robotic markets.
